[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — reminder of exchange of kutchina purica excel auto-clean antioxidant ro water purifier | |
I raised complaint on 15 october, 2019 regarding receipt of wrong water purifier. Subsequently, i sent reminder on 22, 25 october and 15 november to get my product exchanged with original product for which i made payment (For details, please, refer previous complaint). I have also informed the same to mr. Namit bajoria through twitter on 6 november. But, i have not received any response from kutchina team till date. Now, kindly confirm me whether i will get my product exchanged or not. Please, clarify the company's stand on this issue. Further, i state that i am not using the purifier since 1st service when the problem was detected. Don't feel shy to accept the mistake and also don't hesitate to inform if you are not able to exchange the product.
