[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — service pending for water purifier | |||
On 06/06/2019 I called your customer service to provide service and resolve a broken water tap and since then called 3 times but till date no service has been provided. I was entitled to get 4 free service but received nothing. Every time I called they said to send service provider within 2/3 days but not a single contact from your side. Such a poor service I haven't seen anywhere. I hope you would resolve it as soon as possible. My registered number with product is [protected]. I have purchased a new gas stove from a sales executive rupak sharma. The gas stove is not working properly due to the fame of the burner is high and enable to reduce as required and the same is not explained to us by the executive on purchase and now complaining but no response from anyone very disappointed.
