I have already lodged a complaint against your product kitchen chimney kutchina arc premium dated 28.04.2020 but til dated 10.08.2020 no any technician from your side or dealer's side contact with me to solve my problem.
Therefore, i request again you to solve my problem immediately.

With due respect i have to inform you that i purchased a kitchen chimney kutchina arc premium machine code no. C[protected] on 03.02.2020, customer code no. 1287, invoice no. 1329 of kitchen series authorized sales and service of kutchina, office:- bishalaxmitala, pipulpati, chinsurah, hooghly. I am facing problem with this product. After complain a technician attend and could not solve the problem since last of february. Over telephone i have lodge complain again after few days, but no any technician attend to meet my problem till now.

Therefore, i request you to solve my problem immediately.
