[Resolved]  Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — water purifier

I have bought a water purifier one year three months ago. Today it suddenly stopped functioning. It needs repairing. Please help me out. I have already sent a mail to your customercare email id.
I have also sent the invoice.

Let me share my worst experience.
Yesterday a person from kutchina cntacted me and came to my house for servicing and all that.
He declared that the machine is dead and I have to replace the circuit. He had a circuit in his bag(unpacked and without any proof of originality) and replaced the old one. While checking, the new circuit came to be faulty and the machine remained in the same position.
He told that he will come again.

Now think of my inconveniences:

1. Being a working person, I have managed to come back early on saturday to attend the service person of Kutchina. Now again a day!!! Please do value for time!

2. If he could come again today (on Sunday, ) it would be absolutely fine for me. But he told their office remain closed on Sunday. So he will not be able to collect the circuits.

3. Why should I accept the already unpacked circuit? Where is the proof of originality? What is the guarantee that it is not the case that you people are installing a repaired circuit instead of giving a new one. Again you are charging the cost of new one!

4.As per the person told me that the servicing charge is 600/- and the cost of the circuit is around 1750/-. He also told that I have to pay it by cash.
When the country is thriving for digitalization, why should I pay this large amount through cash and not in cheque or in other way of digital transfer?

5. The person also told that after installing the circuit, only one month guarantee over the can be obtained. First thing, the circuit you claimed that it is a new one and fortunately its fault came out within your presence. What would happen if its fault would come out just after one month?

Please don't write the following words only : ''We understand that your experience with us was not very pleasant. This certainly does not match our standards and levels of commitment.''

Try to answer my queries.

I don't know really how mucb suffering I have to bear with this kutchina servicing people.

The service person called me and told me that there is no new circuit. I have to wait till the new circuit comes!
They are ready to install a old circuit today. But they will take the cost of new circuit. I have to pay this today. And they will replace it once new circuit comes, though they have no idea when it will come!

What type o[censored]nprofessionalism is this?
I am really clueless.

It is hampering my office work and my daily life.

I have no way but to throw this purifier to the waste box. What else?

Dear Sir, We regret for the inconvenience. Kindly note that the spare required is not in stock right now. We would install it at the earliest when we receive it. Meanwhile, we would like to install another circuit so that the water purifier is is working condition and you can use it. Once we receive the circuit we would change it and you can make the payments when the new circuit is installed.

Very very bad experience. Today again the service person came and said additionally that the inside pump is faulty and I need to pay another 3500/-.
The service person could not identify the problem in his previous visit.
Bad servicing.
They charged me 550/- as inspection charge.
I did not get any service but I had to pay it!
I am very sorry to say I am going to throw it to the dustbin.
I ask every customer that please do not buy kutchina water purifier. They are horrible!
Totally wastage of money and time!!
