[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Water purifier - Heavy delay servicing for AMC customers | |||
I am using kutchina purifier since last 5-6 yrs, initial 3-4 yrs service was very good, parts always was available on time. Last 2 yrs I am seeing required parts most of the time are not available, technician tells next 1-2 day he or any other technician will come and fit it but no one comes and even nothing was informed to us, while we call to Customer Care they casually tells parts are not available, will inform you once available and they don't have any clue when it will be available. Presently I am again facing same situation, Customer Care doesn't know max time, and I feel Kutchina is not bother about this kind of necessity/urgent things. Few months back I paid next 3 yrs AMC, it will be great if somehow possible to get back money of 2yrs then I can utilize it in other option. Was this information helpful? | |||
