Customer name - naveen kumar thakur id 11103595. I have taken three year amc which is valid uo to 19/04/2017. Ln every four month servicing is due. Despite my lodging service request machine has not been attended for servicing since january 2016. Last service was due in jan-16. And now another service is due in may-16. Despite my three request on 6/5/16, 10/05/16, 12/5/16 machine has not been attended till today i. E. 13/05/16. This is deficiency in service at local service center level.
