[Resolved]  Kutchina India — Inadequate servicing junder amc

I entered an annual maintain contract vide sl. No. 397 dated 08.07.13 with kuchina, through sriram's appliances, bankimpally, madhyamgram, kolkata-700129, for 03 years amc for my kuchina kichen chimney model 'stanza' with a condition that the co. Will provide 4 free services per year (For 1 year amc the number of free service is 03 per year). The amount paid is rs. 3, 600/- under money receipt no. 859 dated 08.07.13.
But it is sad to mention here that after about 1and 1/2 years of satisfactory servicing, the servicing center persons started behaving differently. First of all no servicing persons were vising of their own. I have to call them several times wasting my time and energy for the servicing done at the expiry of scheduled period (I. E. Every 03 months). Continued in the next complain as the space is insufficient.

Whenever I make a call for servicing, the operator would promise to get the servicing done within 02 days. but no one would appear for doing the servicing. I have to call time and again for getting the servicing done. This date i.e. 21.05.16 I called about 15:00 Hrs. The operator asked me to hold the line after asking my name and never came back. When I called again, she uttered "call from the same number" and disconnected the line abruptly. On calling again she attended and said she will sent service person next month. I informed her that already scheduled period is over. To which she said if you are not satisfied then don't get the AMC renewed. I told her that she cannot advice that in her individual capacity and I would like to lodge a complain for inadequate and delayed servicing. To which she replied that any complain will come back to her only and will not have any effect.
I am dealing will a company and not a individual. The customers should be dealt with politely and should not be discouraged from doing or renewing their AMC.
