[Resolved] Kutchina India — Low quality service and intentional damage | |||||
Dear team, I am writing this to inform you about the low quality service provided by your company engineers. This is not expected from a renowned company like kuchina. I had a sound problem with my kuchina arc model, for which i booked a complaint to your customer care on 23rd march 2016. The sl no.- is 40129. The engineer arrived and kept promoting about the amc policy, and literally forced to opt for it and also told that they have a target of rs.6, 20, 000 which they had to fulfill ant any cost. And if anything happens after his departure then it will again be chargeable. We told him that we are already aware of the fact and if any thing happens we have to pay for it. Still he kept on insisting on the same issue, we felt very irritating. After that when he started cleaning the machine he told us that about 4-5 parts are faulty including the compressor. But when he saw that we are not giving much attention he cleaned the same parts and reassembled the machine and after that the machine started to work fine. My mother also started to clean with him after watching his reluctant way to clean the same. When my mother told him to clean the outer body he told that he is not suppose to clean the out body of the machine. He worked for 10-15 minutes and after that somebody called him from south city and he rushed for that call. On 2nd of april my machine broke down and is dead from then, now i think the engineer intentionally did something for which this happened. I also called the customer care and complained about the same but they are also not willing to listen to my complain and kept repeatedly telling about the process and told me to book a new docket and again i will be charged around rs.500. Please tell me is this expected from your end? And do the needful to make my machine in working condition. Please find the attached receipt of service.
