[Resolved] Kutchina India — Water purifier (ro) | |||||
Dear Sir / Mam, Please be informed that the Kutchina water purifier is out of order at our residence since the last 15 days. Unhygenic water can lead to serious trouble to everybody in the house, specially the children aged 5 yrs and 7 yrs. respectively. The 1st call was docketed on 14th may vide docket no.[protected] and there was no response from your service centre. The second complain was againg docketed on 27th May vide docket no C13/05, till now no response. Kindly let me know how much more delay to be expected for the above appliance to be functional. NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS ATTENDED THE MACHINE TILL DATE ON AND FROM 14th MAY 2016 Was this information helpful? | |||||
