Please read details of my complaint against Kutchina (Florentine chimney) below: [protected]---- Dear Sir, The above mentioned complaint was given on 16th June. However, no servicing has been done as of today (21st Jun). We were informed that your service personnel would be coming down today and even after repeated calls no one has helped us out. In fact your service personnel has not answered our calls. Since you have virtually refused to rectify a problem which arose during warranty period, please inform about the next legal steps which we can take as per your policy norms.
