[Resolved] Kutchina — Not Getting Service even after complaining also | |||
I purchased Kutchina Chimney with a trust that it is a big brand and so there service will always be good. But actually it is not happening. I officially mailed for complain of 18th March but before 18th March i was calling to lodge the complain but they didn't give me docket number. After mail on 18th March, they have shared the docket number - [protected]. But it is just a number for me without any use as till today (6th April), nobody has visited my place to resolve my issue with motor. Everytime, I m calling to know the status but everytime they are giving same dialogue that someone will call you but till now my chimney not resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
