I am purchase kutchina from narayan sanatory, benachity, durgapur-713213, dated on -14/02/2015. Model no- stanza/stanza ss.

Kutchina servicing time is over in month of june, but company not attend servicing in proper time.

So, my problem solve and write way to me.

I have purchase Kutchina Stanza ss from KHOSLA Garia branch Kolkata 84, on March 25th 2014. I got only two free service. 3rd service not done yet after several contact. Service centre says that time limited for 1 year for free services. As the time over it is not possible to attend free service. Why did not we call them within one year? So the Kutchina customer care is blaming me because of non attending service.

Please help me as per your rules and obliged.
