[Resolved]  Kutchina — unresolved fitting problem of kutchina modular kitchen

Sub: Complaint related to Kutchina Modular Kitchen Order No 118 I have ordered on 14/9/2014, Kutchina Topaz HB 3BLDLX and modular kitchen (Order No 118) from Esser Marketing franchise(1191, Jessor Road, Kol-28). Payment of approx Rs 1, 45, 0000 was done as per the Kutchina Company rules. From the beginning of delivery of the product followed by installation I have been harassed by Esser Marketing in several ways. Many times Essser Marketing failed to comply with their tentative time of my Modular kitchen completion. I am never out of problem with this Franchise. After completion of installation in the month of December I faced burner problem and also fitting problem(still persists). After giving repeated call to Esser Marketing, though the burner problem is resolved the modular kitchen fitting problem is yet to be solved. Repeated intimation for last three months of the fitting problem over telephone did not helped much. The Esser Marketing Head Mr Sabyasachi Sinha Roy and its Marketing Executive Mr Sanjoy never bothered to solve my problem. I have been kept waiting in my home throughout the day several times by this Franchise in the name of sending his personal for solving my problem. Henceforth I am forced to launch a complain. I am shocked and surprised to find that this sort of Franchise is maligning the Kutchina Company reputation and making the after sales service so chip! In near future I have to think twice before referring Kutchina brand and this Esser Marketing Franchise. Please do the need full and take necessary action to solve the crisis at the earliest.
