Sir, i have proposed for lic policy amulya jeewan in the title name of my wife manpreet kaur for rs. 25 lacs on sep’2015, for which i have paid premium of rs. 14136.00 vide chq no. 24 dt.[protected] of dcb bank, ferozepur city. after that lic advised me for some medical tests which were necessity for this policy. sir i went to amritsar with my wife & done all the necessary formalities.
Waiting for one month i asked lic agent sh. roshan lal bajaj for my policy.
He told that policy will issued in few days. but sir after waiting for approx 7 months i could not recd the policy till now. now manager of lic at zira office said that my proposal & file of documents is misplaced and all the tests will done again & policy will issued now of current date.
Sir, lic has recd amount for this policy in sep’2015. so lic should issue policy from sep'2015. because there is no fault from my side. this all has happened due to the negligence of department. Was this information helpful? |
