[Resolved] La Opala — broke inside microwave

Hi,
We received a la opala dinner set as gift. We regularly used the rice plates for heating the food. Today unfortunately one rice plate broke inside the microwave with a sound.
Everyone in our house is extremely panicked with this incident. Now we are afraid to use the other items of laopala in microwave.
Please do the needfull to change the entire set for the safety of our family.
Please make me informed that what steps you are taking, as because after that i will take my legal steps.

We would like to thank you for sharing with us your experience though it is unfortunate that you were inconvenienced due to breakage of the plate. Please accept our sincere apologies for the same. We assure you that our products conform to the best quality standard and it has been our endeavor since past 30 years to provide our esteemed customers with the very best. However, at times some invisible hairline cracks appear on the products due to mishandling during transportation of the products from the factory to the shops or from shops to the place of consumption which results in the breakage later. We follow strict quality control practices so you can safely use the rest of the wares as this is not a manufacturing defect. We shall replace your broken plate.
