Yesterday i opened my 29 pcs set of laopala nova and a quarter plate was there lying in new pack but broken
Really disappointed for
1. Break resistant
2 in packing its broken where i have not used it at all
3 negligence and wrong committment
Kindly look into the matter
I dont have invoice as i got promotional pack from amway on meeting certain criterias

However, since our products are made of glass, the quarter plate may have broken due to mishandling during transportation. This happens in rare one off cases.
