Dear sir/madam,

I am writing to you regarding the laopala dinner set purchased by me recently in chennai.
All the plates have cracked one by one and i am left with no plates. It is mentioned that it is microwave safe crockery. Serving hot food on the plate makes them crack and i have not even used it in the microwave. Investing rs 3000+ on the dinner set with no plates now is waste of money. L did not expect such quality from this brand. Please do not mislead the customer. I am disappointed with the quality of the dinner set.
I request them to replace it with a better quality of dinner set.

We would like to thank you for sharing with us your experience though it is unfortunate that you were inconvenienced due to breakage of the plates. Please accept our sincere apologies for the same. We assure you that our products conform to the best quality standard and it has been our endeavor since past 3 decades to provide our esteemed customers with the very best. However, at times some invisible hairline cracks may appear on the products due to mishandling during transportation of the products from the factory to the shops or from shops to the place of consumption which may result in the breakage later, either in the microwave or when hot food is put on it. It happens in one off cases.

Kindly share with us the following details and pictures so that we can review this matter justifiably & arrange for replacements –

1. A scanned copy of the bill
2. A picture of the MRP Sticker on the box
3. Your complete address with contact details so that our respective area head can get in touch with you for further assistance.
