I bought a la opala 6 tea-set last week and three out six have cracked when i have poured hot coffee in these. Please address the issue, i need a replacement. I have the bill and the packing intact. I've hardly used it. Just pouring the hot liquid cracks it. Very disappointed with this quality. Latest incident happened today. It cracked when i poured coffee Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased a large opala dinner set from spar hypermarket in gurgaon about 20 days back.the full size dinner plate just cracked amazingly for no reason.i need u to look into this matter as an incomplete dinner set is a waste for me.and the worst part is I am unable to load a pic as the site allows only 2mb size
