La Opala — Laopala defective cups

I ordered Laopala 6 piece Tea cup and saucer set from an online portal. When they were delivered they were in good condition. But upon pouring tea immediately they broke. Where can I complain about this and what to be done?? Please suggest. I wrote tot he company and I am not sure how far they can address my grievance. Thank you. Mrs.Kumar.
