La Opala — My plates cracking when serving hot meal

Recently i bought a 35 piece dinner set from defence canteen.but whenever i put something hot in plate its crack, in bowl its crack.please replace it with nice dinner set.i want this to be replace.how company could cheat this way to the customer?please resolve my problem.i m scare to use my dinner set.my friend bought 2 set of 6 piece dinner set, same thing happen to her, when she put hot rice it broke into two pieces.
