La Opala — There is a Chip on the handle and a crack on the body too

The cup handle has a chip broken and when I tried to pour some hot liquid inside then it got a huge crack. I had bought this a few days ago from Dmart and these cups are costly. I had taken all the precautions while handling the product but this handy defect will not be tolerated. I don't know whether this product got tested at the factory or not because if it was then how come it can get a crack or has a chip broken while packaging? Every company should assure their product and quality check and from companies like La Opala, we buy from this surety that the product will be of top quality. I request you to do something about this cup as even I'll not be able to use 6 cups set together. I have attached the product picture, broken cup picture, product box picture, product barcode picture.

I had also sent mail regarding this to La Opala customer care - @laopala.in but there is no response.
