Laha Computer Academy — miscommitment regarding clearing my check

Sir,
I have made a contract with your kolkata region executive krishna gopal sahoo
In last december with sbi check no.274162 dated 28.01.19 of amount
Rs.17700. Then i told mr. Sahoo to ask me before droping check. But without information it was dropped and returned.
Then when your different telecallers called regarding the check issue i told all of them to send mr. Sahoo with the check. But yesterday i came to know that
Your check is dropped again and cleared resulting my another important loan related check to bounce.
Incidently mr. Sahoo was supposed to com yesterday. When called him, he just told carelessly that i was about accounts department.
If such incident happens at the beginning, i can guess the rest portion of service through out coming 12 months.
So want to cancel the contract and want my money back to my sbi account.
Hope you do it asap and oblige.
