I am writing to draw your attention to some unethical activities happening around here in the Sri Lakshmi Ladies PG Accommodation located at BTM Layout 2nd stage 15th Main Road and these involved people are mentally sick, crazy for money and a threat to society.
Owner - Ramanna Reddy and RangaLakshmi Reddy
Their Daughter - Ashrita Reddy
These people have paid the police to destroy the 10, 000 worth marijuna and drugs found in the suicide committed girl as Ashrita is the one who is involved in doing marijuna and drugs, and also their son has habit of doing illegal betting and money laundering. Ashrita gets the supply of these easily as having a tag of being a Doctor where she has purchased the degree.
As per law, narcotics department should be intimated but they made sure that it doesn't reach to you as their daughter business involvement may come out.
As now they know I am aware of their things and also I might speak out, they have started framing me and I am Scared to open my mouth. They paid a police guy to come and threaten me.
MYSTERIOUS DEATH CASE
Last month, there had been a suicide case happened here in the Room - 606. The girl named Ishu was the victim, she was from Jodhpur, Rajasthan who had just completed her MCA from Jain University. This incident happened on May 30th, 2023. She was found hanged as a decomposed body as it had happened on Sunday and Tuesday they removed the body.
The owner RangaLakshmi was mentally harassing her for the rent as she had delayed bit to pay the rent but had updated her about the delay prior. The girl was so scared of RangaLakshmi. She used to text her, call her and repeatedly go to her room in a 2 to 3 hours gap to ask for rent.
Adding to it, the spare key was with the owner but she lied everyone that Ishu had it and also made the girls named Farha, Murali Devi, Anamika, Swechha lie to Ishu's mom that they were her close friends and PG Aunty is innocent and Ishu was in depression so she did this as her mom wanted a CBI Enquiry. These girls are also part of this.
She was forcing Ishu to pay more and vacate immediately.
Before getting to know what happened inside the closed room, they had called the police and also kept the ambulance ready to dispose of the body.
They destroyed her personal detail files and now make every girl in PG fill up a new form with a back date.
From that day, the cook Ramesh and his helpers are provided with a huge amount of money in cash and alcohol also from those involved girls and PG Owner. RangaLakshmi and Rammana Reddy and their daughter Dr. Ashrita Reddy who has not completed doctorate but working as she has purchased the fake degree.
Ishu's Mother arrived to ask for a few back days videos as the last memory of her daughter, they immediately deleted all the footage from may 20th till 6th June by calling the technician and then said that the camera was out of order. Also they accepted that they have paid 3 lacs to the police officials to keep the control on the case and make sure nothing comes out, they have told Ramesh also to tell everyone that he is new one and he don't know anyone when in reality he is working from more than 5 years with these people and he has also equal hand in cleaning the evidence and shutting down people by money and other favors.
They have asked a few girls also from PG to speak to Ishu's Mom stating that they told her that Ishu was in depression so she did and PG aunty is good and innocent and never said anything abusive to her. Few girls did a terrace party with her and these footage were removed in exchange for bribing those girls for free rent for next 3 months and in return they have to favor them by saying in their favor.
They mentioned that Ishu had around 8k amounts of marijuna in her room, but there was no action on the same, no check in PG rooms, no narcotics department was intimated, and they manipulated the postmortem report and told everyone under the influence of alcohol she did. Ishu had an argument which happens normally in the family, to cover up their harassment they are trying to put the blame on her parents.
She was targeted as one of the reasons is she once or twice had a word with Ramanna Reddy and RangaLakshmi Reddy's Daughter In Law and got to know that they have abused her and have a case of domestic violence on their name which they have suppressed by paying a heavy amount of money.
As per the law, the statement is to be taken by the officer in uniform but the person was in civil and also the statement was manipulated by them and they had called those selected girls to give the statement and had trained them to speak against Ishu, her family and give the statement and in favor of Ramanna Reddy, RangaLakshmi and Ramesh. NOTE -
They are asking to vacate without any reason, and when asked Ramanna Reddy misbehaved, spoke in a loud voice, threatened by pointing finger and came to raise the hand along with his wife and Ramesh outside of PG to escape from other girls' sight and camera.
They are forcing me to pay the rent which has been paid in cash stating no not paid, where they said they will give the bill for the payment but did not provide at all. and they have knowingly deleted the footages w hich included tortouring that girl, supplying her stuffs, my rent paid in cash, Ramanna Reddy using abusive words and asking favors in return to stop torturing me and ruining my respect.
They are mentally harassing with help of those girls named Sweccha, Murali Devi, Farha, Anamika.
Ramesh and Ramanna have misbehaved outside the PG and when raised the voice they are framing me saying that I didn't pay the rent and also that I have stolen the ATM Card which is very weird because if someone steals the ATM card then the person must be having access to it.
They are asking to vacate without any reason, and when asked Ramanna Reddy misbehaved, spoke in a loud voice, threatened by pointing finger and came to raise the hand along with his wife and Ramesh outside of PG to escape from other girls' sight and camera.
They are forcing to pay the rent which has been paid in cash stating no not paid, they didn't give the receipt even after asking repeatedly from past 4 months where they said they will give the bill for the payment but did not provide at all.
They tried once to frame in stealing planned and staged by Ramesh and Ramanna but could not so now doing with other way the same game by paying to a police and trying to scare me.
They are maligning my respect and making me go through mental stress, Ramanna Reddy and RangaLakshmi Reddy along with those girls and few Telegu girls from Room - 603 are playing along with my respect.
When I told that police he said don't say anything, pay rent and just vacate when actually I have paid the rent and their recede book has the record but they said they will give the recede later as they are in hurry . I have never got the recede at all from past 4 months.
Ramanna Reddy had misbehaved and later he said do me the sexual favor or else I will ruin your respect. He did at road to escape being caught.
RangaLakshmi Reddy and her daughter having fake doctor degree are involved the unethical and worst works to earn money and framing innocent girls to get involved. Who denied they are framing them and trapping them.
They have threatened me that I am the Next, which clearly indicates that I have a threat to my life from them, If anything happens to me then they would be responsible. I am scared of threats for which I have to mail you without revealing my details.
I am afraid to step out of my room and even go to the ground floor when these 3 are there because they have money and ideas to end life too.
I have to keep my identity hidden till I move out of this PG. Now they are not letting me go also saying they need money and favors from me.
