Lalpath Labs — pathetic customer care

Lab id[protected], dated : 25/4/18, test - IGe serum
Scheduled date of report - 25/4/18 @6pm
1. status - 25/4/18 : No information of delay at 6pm & when i went to collect report at 7pm in the center i was told that the report is delayed & will be delivered on 26/4/18 without giving any clear reason.
2. 26/4/18 - SMS received at 1.47pm for delay in report & new date is 26/4/18.
3. Contacted customer care ( Mr Bittoo & Mr Manoj ) - No clear information & again told me that the report is delayed
4. No information is sent by LPL from their end.
5. Went to collect report at center on 26/4/18 & was told that the report is delayed but reason is not clear.
6. LPL executive contacted to their Customer care executive shefali saxena but she did not provide any clear reason.
7. Contacted customer care from LPL phone but the executive Ms shefali saxena refused to come on phone & the executive Mr arun talked very rudely & refused to provide any details for the senior members, any reason for delay & abruptly disconnected the phone.
8. Contacted to Customer care again & shop supervisor Mr Bhupender behave like a novice & do not have any information for the reason of delay & keep repeating it is not possible today.
9. No complaint register is available in the center ( Indirapuram - aditya mall center )

I just want to know -

A) Is it really a ISO certified lab.
B) What is the use of customer care if they cannot explain the reason, no information regarding next level of escalation & no solution for the concern.
C) Why wrong SMS are sent to make fool of customers.
D) Why the phone no. of senior team members are not provided
E) Why no complaint register is available
F) Who will give me the Rs 1100/- i spent of doctors appointmets on 2 days which i had to cancel due to non availaibility of reports.
G) what is the meaning of technical problem as told by LPL

Are the reports trustworthy as the samples are lying for prolonged periods and .

Is their any senior management available in LPL & are they aware of these kind of issues and do they take responsibility if something wrong happened to the patients due to their incompetent staff.
