Lalpath Labs — Regarding Negligence and Improper Conduct

I went to the LALPATH facility in Jhansi today. I asked them to refund my amount as the headquarters in Delhi called me to collect my amount from there. But the staff was so poor in knowledge and behaviourvand rude to me. I asked them to call on the given number to confirm the refund and they said that they do not have the company sim and/or mobile phone. This issue now has been going for past 14 days or so, if it does not get resolved in the following week then i would file a plaint into Consumers Court for Medical Negligence and Improper Conduct. Contact me via call at the designated time : 1 am to 3 am.

Also in this high time of second wave of covid 19 when the government is asking the citizens to wear masks and to maintain social distance, the worker/employee of the LalPath Labs is following neither. This is highly critical since patients with some difficulty comes to the health facility to get themselves checked and such a improper behaviour from the medical community staff is highly critised.

I will share the following video where the staff member who was not only rude but also was clearly flouting the guidelines issued by the Government of India in the LalPath Facility
