[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — cheating & breach of trust

Dear Sir,

We have sent numerous emails ,for which we have not received any response.
With reference to Account No.[protected], we have been charged for calls made between group numbers ( which were supposed to be free ), we consider this as a serious breach of trust.

Sales person had clearly informed, that we would be connected to the centrix and calls between our group no.s and the computer centrix would be free, which unfortunately has not been the case.

we get calls everyday atleast 3 times to upgrade our plan , but rarely to resolve our problem.

We just cannot believe this is a a tata group company cheating customers and damaging the legacy of Shri Ratan Tata for whom we have so much respect.But if we do not get an immediate resolution, we will be forced to approach the courts of law against this fraudulent practise by his successors
