In 2019, I have attended Landmark Forum course in Pune by paying Rs. 18, 000/- for only 5 days. I was not interested to register but my boss forced to do the same and deducted registration fee from my Salary. After attending the course I have realized that it is waste of time and money.
In last day session, program coordinator asked to bring the person who forced to register for the Landmark Forum Basic course. Accordingly, my boss was there to attend the last day session. I understood the idea behind calling the person who bring you to the Landmark, when coordinator asked and forced that person to register for Advanced course now by paying Rs. 28, 000/- full amount or Rs.7000/- partial amount.
Due to forced by my boss, I have paid partial amount of Rs. 7, 000/- even I don't want to do the course. After then I have not paid remaining amount and clearly informed them that I am not interested in this course. Also I asked to refund my advance amount of Rs. 7, 000/- but no any response from there.
They have no right to keep an advance amount received from a person who doesn't want to complete the course. Please refund my amount.
