I hv bought Tata Aig car insurance on 18/5/19. But instead of several reminders yet not received original copy of policy. Attending persons were lying that policy dispatched and will receive shortly, but till date I hv not received my policy. Concern person also not replying properly. My policy validity is being questioned by the Volkswagen team and I am left stranded without a car and also my original documents has been kept by Volkswagen team.
Please resolve this matter
