Landmark Insurance Brokers / Policyboss.com — very poor sales service and bad attitude of employees

I hv bought Tata Aig car insurance on 18/5/19. But instead of several reminders yet not received original copy of policy. Attending persons were lying that policy dispatched and will receive shortly, but till date I hv not received my policy. Concern person also not replying properly. Very bed service and I strongly recommend not go through landmark insurance in future.

It has been more than 2 weeks
I am not receiving any updates on my claim no. MOT09084926
Policy no. 3001/[protected]/00/000

My policy validity is being questioned by the Volkswagen team and I am left stranded without a car and also my original documents has been kept by Volkswagen team.

Please resolve this matter
