[Resolved] Asus Notebook — Asus products are poor & after-sales services is pathetic | |||
I've purchased the Asus S46CM on 31-Dec-2013 from Singapore. Now I am in Bangalore, India. 05-May-13: My system failed booting & the case ID#8626009 was assigned to it. Soon keys started poping out from the key board & the case ID for keyboard issue: 8659565. This issue never got resolved!! 13-Jul-13: My hard disk failed & submitted it to Justfix, Residency Road, Bangalore, a vendor for Asus, for repair. Now after 18 days also there is no proper update & communication done, neither from JustFix, nor from Asus !! Lethargic behaviors & pathetic service from Asus India continues..
