This is with reference to the purchase of Dell Usa 3520 15 6gb 1tb 8GB RAM S/No.GHRWCV1, against Invoice No.[protected] dated 07.06.2013 through Laptop Zone, F133 Spencer Plaza, Mount Road, Phase-3, 1st Floor (Near Trendz Shoes), Chennai : 600 002.

I am surprised to note that I have not received any Warranty Card nor the Original Window8 CD in the parcel sent by you.

When I contacted Dell Customer Care Support (NEQ Department) over Toll Free No.[protected], they told me that this Laptop Sr. No. [protected] is not covered under any Indian Warranty, nor do they have any email address or contact address of DELL.

Your are therefore requested to send the Original Window8 CD along with the Warranty Card at the earliest.
