This letter is to let u know about the UNSATISIFED DELL customer who was never able to use his XPS because it always Had problems.
Till Date in a years’ time there have been 8 Part Replacements and the laptop could not be trusted for further use because it kept on having problems
I would like to list out the Problems
1. The Hard Disk Crashed - The Hard Disk was Changed But System didn’t come on
2. The Mother board had a Problem - The Mother Board was changed but the Laptop was heating up
3. The HDMI Stopped Working – The Daughter board was changed but the heating problem prevailed
4. The 2nd Mother board was changed and then the Heat sink was also changed – I was assured by the Technician that the Heat problem will be resolved.
5. The heat problem still prevailed and the Palm rest stopped working – The palm rest was changed
6. The speakers stopped working – The speakers were changed,
7. Now I am facing the same problem all around again. The XPS doesn’t start at all and it says there is a Boot Problem and it asks for a Windows Repair. When I try to repair it doesn’t repair and it suggest that the windows must be re-installed. I had spoken to the customer care regarding the problem and they suggested a Reinstall of the OS with formatting of all the drives and partitions. I tried reinstalling the OS 3 times continuously but it was unsuccessful. I turned off the laptop and after a few hours tried again and the OS installed but now again I am having the same problem. Sometimes it starts and sometime it shows the boot problem.
I had spoken to the customer care again and they told me that DELL will not help me as the system is out of warranty. 1st thing is that u guys dragged on the case by changing one part after the other and now finally u tell me that it is out of warranty.
WITH SO MANY REPLACEMENTS AND ME FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN WHAT DO U THINK THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE – I AM SURE THAT IN THE MIDST O[censored] MAKING SO MANY LAPTOPS THERE CAN BE ONE LAPTOP WHICH COULD BE DEFESTIVE AND I THINK ITS DELL’S RESPONSIBILLITY TO REPALCE THE DEFECTIVE LAPTOP
So I would like for u to know that this is the last and final time that I use a dell product and I would suggest all to stop using the laptops as it is the worst product EVER
