Hi,
i have submitted xolo tab qc800 dtd 5th-sep-15 for s/w, hang.work order no.[protected].he said your product will repaired 7th-sep-15 when i call on 8th-sep-15 they said we need more time. ok
After that i called to customer care[protected] from this no.[protected].but status showing closed but product not deliver.I called to service center she said we more time to repair i said OK but how much time you want she said i will inform to you but till now i have no information from service center.
today again i check with customer service with Sandeep he said your work order is created on 12th-sep-15. wait for next 8-9 day.I shocked i have no info from service center abut product, any other.I told to them i already 15 day over from submission dtae 5th-sep-15 without any information from service center i am going to take next step pls help after long discussion again he said wait.Ref no dtd 471622
