[Resolved] Lava — XOLO Handset | |||
I had purchased a A 800 XOLO mobile on 18.03.2013. The IMEI number of the same is [protected]. I had paid Rs.9, 900/- for the same. However within a few days of purchase the mobile was detected with some display problem. I found this to be very strange as my mobile was recent purchase and hence I reported the issue to authorized service centre on 14.09.2013 but sadly they could not do anything about it. My mobile was in service centre from lasts four months and now the executives told me that my mobile could not be repaired and offer me the replacement of another mobile XOLO Q 700. But I refused to take it because that was an old mobile, having no warranty and no documents. Was this information helpful? | |||
