Dear Legal Concern,
I am Rohan Sarker from Kolkata.
I am facing a peculiar problem in the city of Kolkata for the last 15 years.
I am seeing that my names "ROHAN" & "TUBAI" is illegally being displayed in Advertisements in Transport Buses (Jadavpur, Mahamayatala) in Kolkata.
Also my name close alias "ROSHAN" is used as a Publicity Instance in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore & Kolkata.
The name "ROHAN" is also used in illegal advertising in Hindi Movies.
Please fix this problem as people are viewing me through a different PRISM now.
