Laxman Singh — Dtdc courier not recieved

Myself Laxman singh from sitarganj Uttarakhand, I was sent a courier through DTDC sitarganj branch in Uttarakhand on 08/09/2015 to artoni, agra address in Uttarpradesh .But as of now i have not received my courier from DTDC and i have contacted DTDC office in Sitarganj Uttarakhand franchisee, ( which is near to my address), they told me my courier was delivered at DTDC meerut franchisee office (Uttarpradesh ), So i have checked online status, but they mentioned shipment was sent to Meerut destination(wrong dest) .The same drame was continues arround 2 week . After that finally i got an update saying shipment was missing and not able to trace and they told me to send a complaint email saying shipment was missing, i have not received any update from them, they are not answering my calls and did not forward my complaint no and detail by mail .
