[Resolved]  LazyPay — FD Money Not credited

This is to bring to your notice I created an FD of Rs 10000 on the 12th of April 2022 on LazyPay. I closed my FD on the 3rd of May due to some financial problems. They asked me to wait 15 working days to get the amount credited. Since it has been many days more than 15 I haven't received that amount. It is still showing closure initiated. They have stopped replying to my emails and the support team is giving excuses and asking for further time to investigate the issue. I am in a problem I need money on an urgent basis.

Hi, we would like to inform you that as per our record your FD is closed and the funds have been credited to your bank account. Please find the UTR number STCB[protected] against which refund has been processed .
