I have done a transaction on Jan 7, 2018 through Lazypay. However the transaction was failed.
From then my lazypay account shows that as outstanding amount. I have sent multiple emails to [protected]@lazypay.in.
Whenever I send an email I get a auto response with the ticket number that they would be contacting within 2 working days.
Even though it was few weeks, no one had contacted me back.
Moreover I am receiving multiple reminders to pay the outstanding amount. Even with the penalty.
There are three support tickets opened with Lazypay till now.
01807189, 01837054 and 01905558
