I ordered food in foodpanda and paid Rs.625.92 through lazypay. But the foodpanda order got canceled due to the payment nor processed (Clearly not my fault). But lazypay is asking me to pay the money (Why should I pay?). I tried to reach to lazypay. But there is no proper way to contact them (No customer care contact details mentioned on their website. They are not even registered in JustDial). Now lazypay is saying that their legal team will send a legal notice to me for not paying the money.

I was trying to book ticket from Redbus and got a message from Lazypay in my mobile to book the ticket. Once clicked the link it booked ticket for a wrong date, I immediately tried to cancel the ticket but Redbus did not allow to cancel.
So I wrote to customer care and no response, now Iam getting message to pay for the wrong ticket on which I did not travel at all and daily Rs10 is being charged as penalty and also threatening to provide my details to CIBIL. Very worst service, I requested for call back but they never called nor the customer service number is picking the calls.

I've paid my usage money nd payment was successfuly. Money got deducted from my account but it doesn't show up in citrus app.
