Dear representative,

I had got my samsung s7edge accidentally damaged (Screen) on 9th feb 2017 and same day the complaint for the same was registered and documents uploaded against cin # [protected]. After 5 days of continuous follow ups with customer care, i m yet to receive any reply in affirmative.

The company has not disclosed any of his landline/contact number and the representatives of company so that customer do not reach them.

Through this forum i urge the company to immediately contact the customer and help other customers have faith in your product.

The customer feels that he was duped, cheated and misguided on the pretext of insuring the costly handset (Above 55000) for theft and accidental damage.

Company gives big advt and lure the customers to purchase the product but the sales service can be gauged by calling their customer care number. Most of the time the customer care guys will say"we are awaiting for approval" when they dont know.. On pressuring to speak to their seniors, the defined answer is "you will get a call back in next one hour" and that one hour never comes and thats the reason all contact details have been hided by the company.

Request the forum to take appropriate steps against the company.
