i had purchased the Dell laptop one year before and i rarely use it and i found that the hardware used by the company is of non-merchantable quality. Earlier the port of the Laptop stopped working then the mother board. Thereafter, after many efforts the company exchanged the machine but now i found that the letter on the key board are being erased though i use it properly and rarely and the letter of other laptops of my friends have not been defaced even after 5 or 6 years, it means the company is lowering down the quality of the product. i mention here the model and no. for the convenience.
