I checked with bank they not able to stop the transaction

Did you got your amount back ?
Bank said since you only purchased they cannot stop and block
Its only when the transaction is not made by you they can help
I got reply from the merchant saying apologies for incorrect amount and asked me to accept the order.. I replied back I need refund

Your complaints made me aware of fraud just before I made my payment.
This looks like a big loot scam.
