I have booked a matrix power watch watch for $0.01, but while during checkout suddenly the amount debited for $54.00 and i have paid through debit card. Later received tracking information but still now there is no update in tracking is seen. I could not even find the website now. I can see many raised the concern about the website. Kindly take necessary action....

As many people here, i was show a add in a web page where the product price as show was $0.01 + $4.90 for shipping charges, i buy it for me, my wife and the 3 kids we have. Total said to be 4.95 dollars with my credit card. Suddenly another amount $54.25 was debited from my credit card without any way to opt out.
The site now is unreachable and the mail address is unresponsive...

There was a chat help line facility was available in the webpage, i asked them regarding the delivery and shipping dated.in that chat...

The main reason was that before buying the price was showing 4.91 dollar. However when i bought the product it billed 437 cyn. This is a huge discrepancies. I have sent order cancellation request within 20 mins of buying product on your site on sunday. Also next day within 24 hours i have sent multiple mails and chat window for cancelling the product. They do not have any contact details other than mail. So, how can they missed my mails and...

They making deceive public by their action. One product matrix watch 2 listed on there website 0.1$ usd dollar when u checkout for this product it cost you 4.91 $usd dollar. But when u place order they charge you 54.91$ usd dollar.. They showing something else and charging something else. Its big scam.. Its reallly big scam and fraud.. Please do relative action....
