I bought this laptop in the year 2020. It was having a warranty period up to 15.10.2023. Before the expiry, we had noticed that the system was having issues with display, keyboard and speakers. Several repair requests were raised online to Lenovo but of no use. Finally, I got them replaced on 24.10.2023 (within warranty) after taking my system to a nearby service center. But to my misfortune, on November 1st, 2023, system displayed an alert message to "restart the device". While restart was in progress, suddenly my system got shut down and then onwards the display is not working. I can see a black screen always when in use. Checked the system by connecting it with another monitor and there it is working fine. So, I could confirm that the display of my laptop again got damaged. It's hardly just two weeks that I got the display replaced. Hence, I would request you to do the needful at the earliest to get the damaged display changed, absolutely free of cost.
