Lenovo — Bad service from the service center and Service team from Lenovo ( Mobile ISSUE OF A6000) | |||
I bought a mobile in Feb, 15, I got some problem in music player and batter, then I visited the Bathinda service center ( Punjab), they solved the battery problem and when I asked about the music player, the service center person said, the company is denying to solve the issue. I had to get two working leaves visit this center and it did not solve. Then I filed an online complaint and the company representative called me and asked about the issue, I explained it and then He gave me the reference a new service center which is about 90km from my city( ludhiana) i went and got installed new software and the service center representative told me if i would have any problem then I just had to make a call then they will order a part and the part would be replaced( the motherboard) so after few days I got the same problem, then I called and they said, i had to submit my handset, i told them what they said before, they said, the policy has changed, now i have to submit my hadset. I had to send someone for submitting my mobile in the service center which cost me extra money too. :( they I emailed the service representative and Gave them four days, and the service representative replied that they have received the part but when I called the service center they denied that they had not received any part. now it has been two week, I yet not received my mobile. I dont' know what to do. If any Lenovo representative reading it, then I want to say, i never expect such bad service from you. you products are good but you dealing with customers is very very bad.
