Lenovo — Battery indicator problem

Dear all, Want to bring this notice that have brought lenovo vibe x2 from flipkart and after a month i started getting the problem of battery draining but that doesnt shows in indicator bar. I walked to my nearest service centre they kept my cellphone for more than 10 days anad said thatbthey have changes motherboard ... After 7 days now i am again getting same complain what to do now.
