Lenovo — Company is not repairing handset

This is very shameful act from one of the giants Lenovo, my 2x lenovo p780 handsets have got same defect and are lying in their Vashi, Navi Mumbai service centre from last one month, their representatives are always misguiding and arrogantly answering that we do not have part with please wait, its been a one month and yet there is no resolution to the problem, they are also not providing replacement, truly third class service by Lenovo. Arrogant representatives, bakwaas company, really frustrated.
