Respected sir/madam, I have recently buyed a Lenovo z51-70 notebook including BTC offer with ticket no. BTC71090 I have paid Rs.499 for 1tb HDD and 2 years additional warranty via online and haven't event received a confirmation mail. It has been many days after the payment .
