Lenovo — False promise on preparid services for laptop repair

Hi Its been more than 12 days and i have not received any intimation on my laptop repair. I have called both the service center as well the customer care center and the response that I receive is that the heat sink part is not available. I have been using this laptop for business purpose and my business is badly hampered. I am attaching the job sheet with the email. Could you please help to expedite this. This is the first time I am using lenovo laptops and to be honest, this has been the worst experience. Never I faced such a long halt from Dell previously to service the requests.
