I have a new laptop whose sr. No. is MPO7YKPJ (Z51-70) but frequently give me problem of dimming on screen during working though it had been repaired by Dhanbad (Jharkhand) Lenovo service Centre for several times.

Hence I request you to rectify the problem permanently so that I have a faith on your brand.

Hi Subodh Chandra Sarkar,

Check the display driver
If the above steps didn’t help you, I would suggest you to check the display driver as an outdated driver can cause such issues. Refer these steps:
a) Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
b) Locate you display adapter, right click on it and select properties.
c) Click on the Driver tab and click on Update driver.
d) Install if any updates are available.
You can also check in the manufacturer’s website to check if any updated display driver is available.
