Lenovo — ideapad z510

I had given my lenovo ideapad z510 for replacement of keyboard as there were issues with the keys. They have made a replacement which is not perfect and also when asked they said they cant offer 100% perfection in lenovo replacements. I am totally fed up going to the service centre and my warranty is over also, pls sort it out asap. I want a replacement with perfections. I have all the service centre complaint letters with me
